INTRODUCTION
Business Ethics/etiquette and code of conduct is essential in today’s working environment and organisation’s often employs people whom they believe can abide by the principles of ethics and adhere to their business etiquette standards. This training will equip people with the necessary skills required by the organisation to understand and apply the concepts standards sets by the organisation.

PREREQUISITE
It is assumed that candidates are able to communicate verbally and in writing at NQF level 4 and they are able to work with numbers (mathematical literacy).
